Beef Roulade with Cheese: You’ll Love Every Bite!
Roulade de Boeuf au Fromage is a hearty and tasty dish, made of beef stuffed with melted cheese and vegetables. It is rolled into a tightly closed package and is often baked for a warm, cozy meal.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef

- 40 g parmesan
- 1 egg

Preparation
- Mix meat, salt and pepper. Add the egg, parmesan and spices.
- Spread the ground beef and cover it with provola cheese and ham.
- Roll up and refrigerate for two hours.
- Slice the roulade and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
