To prepare this delicious recipe, you will need:

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 potatoes
  • 150g cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 15g butter
  • Milk cream

Preparation

1. Prepare the Eggs

  1. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Mix well and reserve.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Peel and grate 5 potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Place them on a tray, forming a baking floor, greased with oil.
  3. Grate 150g of cheese and spread it over the potatoes.
  4. Chop the green onion and add them to the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. Prepare the Chicken

  1. Cut 1 chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Fry the chicken in a pan with vegetable oil until cooked.

4. Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Cut 1 carrot and 1 leek into slices.
  2. Cut 200g of mushrooms into slices and 1 tomato into cubes.
  3. Fry the vegetables in a pan with 15g of butter.

5. Assemble the Plate

  1. Cut the sheet of baked potatoes into 4.
  2. Add the chicken mixture and fried vegetables.
  3. Grate 70g of cheese and sprinkle it on top. Roll them up and place the rolls on a tray.
  4. Bake again at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream to taste and cheese on the rolls. Gratin for a few minutes again in the oven.
