INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg of Kinotos
700 gr. of sugar
700 cc of water
PREPARATION :
Prick the ends of the kumquats with a fork. Place them in a saucepan; Cover with cold water and boil for 5 minutes. Then drain.
Place the sugar and water in a pot.
Bring to a boil and keep for 5 minutes.
Add the kumquats. Cook over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes, until shiny and tender.
Gently move the saucepan from time to time. Pack in a sterilized jar.
