Chocolate tiramisu truffles are simple and delicious no-bake desserts , perfect to serve as an after-dinner treat or to enjoy as a tasty snack . To make them, we will prepare the mixture with crumbled ladyfingers mixed with instant coffee dissolved in water, powdered sugar and mascarpone . Once the truffles are formed, they will have to rest in the freezer, before being dipped in melted chocolate , enriched with chopped hazelnuts . Milk chocolate

How to make chocolate tiramisu truffles
Finely crumble the ladyfingers (you can put them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin).
Dissolve the instant coffee in 80 ml of water.
In a bowl, combine the crumbled ladyfingers with the powdered sugar, coffee and mascarpone. Mix well to compact the ingredients.
Make balls from the dough and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
Place the milk chocolate, dark chocolate and seed oil in a small bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes to melt the ingredients. Then add the chopped hazelnuts.
Dip the balls in the chocolate and let them dry.
Serve them all together on a serving platter.
