- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 30 gr of butter
Preparation
- Preparation of the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.
- Grate the cold butter and add it to the flour mixture. Mix with your hands until you obtain a sandy texture.
- Place the mixture in a skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is golden brown and crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Cream Preparation:
- In a saucepan, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the flour and mix well. Pour in the milk slowly while continuing to whisk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and reaches the consistency of a cream, about 6-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the butter, mixing until melted and completely incorporated. Let cool.
- Dessert Assembly:
- In individual glasses, alternate layers of the crispy dough mixture and the cream, starting with a layer of dough and ending with a layer of cream.
