Easy Croissant Recipe
Here is a very simple recipe for croissants. To be successful, you still have to respect the resting time of the dough so that it rises well. These croissants can be filled with whatever preparation you prefer: chocolate, pastry cream or even fruit.

Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 200g butter
- 60g sugar
- 25cl of milk
- Two teaspoons of baker’s yeast
- a teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Mix the flour, sugar and teaspoon of salt. Add milk and mix well.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface. Cut thin strips in the cold butter and arrange them over the entire surface of the dough. Fold the dough over itself in three folds.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then take it out, roll it out again, and fold it into thirds. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough very thinly on the work surface. Cut triangles of the desired size and roll them ending at the tip.
- Place your croissants on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let them rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
