Apple pie with vanilla custard
Ingredients:
•155 grams of sugar
•250 grams of butter
•a little salt
•250 g of flour
•2 sachets of vanilla sugar •
2 packets of powdered custard •
1 packet of baking powder •
3 eggs
•155 ml of milk
•3 large apples
Preparation:
(Preheat the oven to 180-190 °C and grease a springform pan with a little butter).
- To start with, mix the vanilla sugar with the butter, sugar and a little salt until frothy. Then gradually incorporate the eggs. Now add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and mix well and gradually add the milk.
- Now wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut them into pieces as you like. Now add the pieces of apple to the batter with the spatula.
