180g all-purpose flour.
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 6-7 minutes.
2. Slowly add the sifted flour, without releasing the air from the mixture.
3. Pour into a 20 cm mold covered with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/330°F, then open the oven door and let cool for 10 minutes.
