Extra Soft Homemade Buns
I offer you a successful recipe for a burger made at home, simple and easy with few ingredients to give pleasure to your children.
Ingredients
- 1 egg with salt for gilding
- 70 g butter (diced)
- 10 g baker’s yeast (or ready-made sourdough)
- 325 g flour t 65
- 5 g of sugar
- 5 g of salt
- 12 cl of milk
- For finishing
- 2 tbsp sesame
- 1 egg
Preparation
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Dilute the yeast in milk at room temperature. Add the milk to the yeast in the center of the flour.
- Start mixing with a sturdy spatula. Add the melted butter. Continue to mix, pour in the beaten egg in two batches.
- Cover the dough and let it double in volume inside the turned off oven. Fold the dough and leave to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Weigh pieces of 30 g for mini-burgers and 80 g for large ones. Ball the pieces of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Lightly flatten the pasta balls and brown the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let your preparation grow a second time. Bake in a hot oven (preheated to 180°C) for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, let cool and set aside. (To pair with the topping of your choice! The smell of bread comes to us, just thinking about it)!
