Extra Soft Homemade Buns

I offer you a successful recipe for a burger made at home, simple and easy with few ingredients to give pleasure to your children.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg with salt for gilding
  • 70 g butter (diced)
  • 10 g baker’s yeast (or ready-made sourdough)
  • 325 g flour t 65
  • 5 g of sugar
  • 5 g of salt
  • 12 cl of milk
  • For finishing
  • 2 tbsp sesame
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Dilute the yeast in milk at room temperature. Add the milk to the yeast in the center of the flour.
  2. Start mixing with a sturdy spatula. Add the melted butter. Continue to mix, pour in the beaten egg in two batches.
  3. Cover the dough and let it double in volume inside the turned off oven. Fold the dough and leave to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Weigh pieces of 30 g for mini-burgers and 80 g for large ones. Ball the pieces of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. Lightly flatten the pasta balls and brown the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let your preparation grow a second time. Bake in a hot oven (preheated to 180°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let cool and set aside. (To pair with the topping of your choice! The smell of bread comes to us, just thinking about it)!
