Homemade Banana Ice Cream
It’s super easy to make good fat-free homemade ice cream, this homemade banana ice cream is a real treat, a quick and simple recipe that will delight all gourmets.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 ml liquid cream (or semi-thick)
- 50 g of brown sugar (+ or – depending on your tastes and the sugar level of the bananas)
Preparation
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- Put the pieces in a blender, add the cream, milk and sugar.
- Mix everything well. (taste and add sugar to taste).
- Pour everything into the ice cream maker.
- Once the ice cream has set, pour it into a Tupperware or container that can withstand low temperatures then put it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
