Alfredo Pasta With Shrimp
Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp is a classic Italian dish made with pasta, shrimp, cream and Parmesan cheese. This dish is rich and creamy, with delicious flavor and a smooth texture.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of fettuccini pasta
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves in paste
- ½ cup full cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 well-whipped egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves.
Preparation
- Cook the pasta as the package directs and spit it well. Let her rest.
In a saucepan combine the butter, crushed garlic, cream and milk and cook over medium heat. - Stir well until the ingredients are incorporated without letting the egg cook. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
Add the pasta little by little and stir well… season with salt and pepper to taste. - To prepare the shrimp, place them in a pan with butter and grain salt until they change color. Then add them to the pasta. Serve immediately, garnishing with parmesan and parsley leaves.
