Pan-Fried Garlic Potatoes: A Delicious Way to Cook Them!
Pan-fry perfect potatoes with butter and garlic until tender and golden. A tasty accompaniment for all meats and fish.
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- salt
- Butter
- Rosemary
- Pepper
- Chicken stock
Preparation
- Peel several potatoes. Cut them into slices of about 3 cm, put them in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
- Put the butter in a saucepan until melted, add the potato slices until golden brown. Turn them over, add blocks of butter, rosemary and chicken stock.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).
