Pineapple juice with cucumber for weight loss
Ingredients
½ pineapple or apple
1 cucumber
2 stalks of mint
1 handful of ice cubes
1 squeeze of lime juice
preparation
1. First, peel the pineapple, cut out the hard core and dice the pulp. Then wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut off the ends and cut into slices.
2. Now pour the plucked mint leaves and pineapple into a blender and puree finely with approx. 150 ml of cold water.
3. Now pour through a sieve and mix the juice again with the ice cubes.
4. Season with lime juice, add a little cold water if necessary, pour into glasses and serve.
