Light summer salad, only a few people know this recipe!
Ingredients
50 ml olive oil
1 lemon
¹⁄₄ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
3 avocados
450 g cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
Parsley, fresh, to taste
60-80 g canned corn

preparation
1. First squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
2. Now shake the lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper vigorously in a dressing shaker.
Next, peel the avocados. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
3. Now wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Cut the cucumber into cubes. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
4. Place the vegetables, parsley and corn in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over it.
Stir the salad and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Dressing
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
as well as herbs (salad herbs)
Mix all ingredients well and pour over the salad.
