Aloe vera  is a highly appreciated plant as an indoor plant, to give a green touch to domestic environments thanks to its fleshy, conical, bright green leaves.

However, aloe also produces  wonderful flowers  that can vary in color from red to yellow and that undoubtedly contribute to increasing its  beauty .

If you want to see them on your plant and you don’t know how, here are some tricks and  information  to keep in mind.

1. Age  of the plant: consider that only mature plants flower, that is, from the fourth year of age. So if it doesn’t bloom, your aloe may simply be too young.
2. Seasonality – Like any plant, aloe also has its own season for producing flowers. Specifically, this plant blooms in spring and fall.
3. Unfavorable conditions:  If you want your aloe to bloom, avoid placing it in overly shady and humid environments, or in narrow spaces. In addition, growing in pots can also make inflorescence difficult.
4. Sun:  to grow healthy and lush, and also to produce flowers, aloe needs many hours of light per day. For this reason it is advisable to expose it to the sun as much as possible.
5. Temperature:  aloe is a very heat-resistant plant, in fact its ideal temperature should be above 21 degrees during the day and never below 15 degrees at night.
6. Transplant:  to give it the necessary strength to flower, it is good to carry out repotting or repotting operations during spring.
