INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rice
2 Cups of water or chicken broth
3/4 Cup tomato puree
1 Tablespoon Knorr Chicken Seasoning
1 Piece of onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
We put the pan over low heat with the oil and butter, when the butter melts we add the rice, onion and garlic and stir constantly until the rice is a light brown color.

When the rice changes color, add the tomato puree, water and chicken seasoning, let it boil and when this happens, lower the heat to the lowest level to let it cook for 15 to 17 minutes and turn off to leave it covered for another 5 minutes. After these 5 minutes, we uncover it and move it with a fork very carefully and cover it for 5 more minutes.
