  • 80 ml of Serum
  • 650 ml of filtered water

Preparation:

Why make a homemade lemon probiotic drink?

Lemon juice can stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria, making it easier for probiotics to settle in and do their job.

  1. Lemon preparation:If you have a citrus juicer, use it to get the lemon juice. If not, squeeze the lemons until you obtain approximately 250 ml of juice and pour it into a sterilized bottle.
  2. Add Sweetener and Whey:Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or raw unpasteurized honey to the bottle, also pour 80 ml of whey (whey is a natural probiotic and a superfood) into the mixture.
  3. Complete with Filtered Water:Add 650 ml of filtered water to the bottle.
  4. Mix and Ferment:Mix the ingredients well and let the mixture ferment for 2 days, keeping it protected from light. Then, place the bottle in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  5. Daily Degassing:Every day, slightly unscrew the bottle cap without opening it to allow the gas to escape, without allowing air to enter.
  6. Final score:After 3 days, your probiotic soda will be ready. If you prefer a more fizzy soda, you can leave it in the refrigerator for an additional 2 days.

Enjoy this homemade probiotic drink that benefits your digestive health and provides a delicious lemon flavor!
