5 simple habits for energy and health

They will take no more than 5 minutes, but will bring many benefits to the body. 

That is why it is worth introducing them into your daily life.

If we start doing something, let’s do it every day.

Ingredients you need: lemon, water, honey, activated carbon, hydrogen peroxide solution.

However, don’t forget to clean the tongue as well. 

People talk about it, known since ancient times. 

Avicenna in the 10th century wrote about this treatment as one of the most important in his treatises, and Indian yogis did this long before him.

Take clean, unboiled water (purchased or filtered, heat it to warm (it should not be hot).

Drink in small sips at least 30 minutes before breakfast.

How useful is warm water on an empty stomach?

1. Water washes away digestive waste, plaque and toxins from the digestive tract and prepares it for digestion.

3. Water with lemon effectively cleanses the liver.

4. Activated charcoal tablet

After breakfast take 1 tablet of activated charcoal. 

It is one of the safest drugs that collects all the garbage in the body and allows you to get rid of it.

Activated carbon is a universal absorbent that is able to absorb toxins, alcohol breakdown products and prevent their absorption into the blood. 

It is not absorbed or metabolized in the gastrointestinal tract. 

It is completely excreted in the feces.

Do not take more than one tablet every two or three days.

5. Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution

After breakfast, I recommend rinsing your mouth with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide (oxygen water). It costs pennies, but the benefits are many!

Rinsing solution: 10 drops of 3% peroxide solution in 50 mg of pure unboiled water. 

Do not increase the proportion of peroxide, as you can “burn” the mucous membrane.
