Extra fresh cucumber and grapefruit lemonade

A chance to lose the last kilo before the season or some event: Replace your favorite lemonade with this miracle drink for weight loss!

We need:

1 grapefruit

1/2 cucumber

½ ginger root

1 lemon

2 liters of water

10 mint leaves

A little honey – to taste

Preparation : 

Peel the grapefruit and cut it into circles, also cut the cucumber into rings. 

We put them in a jug, cover them with water, add lemon juice and mint leaves.

Finally, we add the ginger, cut into pieces without the peel. Mix well and let sit for a while to combine the flavors. 

We drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and always during the day, ideally after every meal.

We need:

1 cup yellow dandelion flowers

50 g of mint

Juice of 3 lemons

2 liters of water or mineral water

1 spoon of honey

Preparation:

We need:

100g fresh raspberries (reserve a few for decoration)

1 liter of sparkling water

2 spoons of honey

½ lemon

Preparation:

Clean the raspberries, put them in a blender and puree them until smooth. Mix the puree in a jug of sparkling water. 

Add honey, lemon juice and mix well. 

Put the lemonade in the refrigerator to cool. Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.

We need:

2 liters of water

150 g of fresh ginger

Zest of 3 lemons

Preparation:

Grate the ginger and put it in a jug. 

Add the honey, lemon zest, half the mint and cover with hot but not boiling water so that everything is submerged. 

Leave to cool for a while and pour cold water.

We need:

1 liter of chilled carbonated mineral water

1 cup lime juice 

½ cup cold water

½ cup honey

Preparation:

Mix ½ cup water with honey in a pitcher and add lime juice. 

Add sparkling mineral water and stir. If the lemonade seems too sweet, add less honey.

Allow the lemonade to cool and serve with ice and fresh mint leaves.

Brown sugar (or honey)

Preparation:

Wash the mint leaves and put them in a jug with a little water. 

Add sugar and lemon juice to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cover with water, add ice and lemon slices.

We need:

2 liters of water

Juice of 2 lemons

Lemon zest from 1 lemon

3 tablespoons cane sugar (add sugar according to how sweet you want the lemonade)

Fresh mint

Preparation:

Pour water into a jug and add sugar. Grate the peel of the lemon, which we have thoroughly washed, and add it to the jug. 

Add lemon juice and fresh mint leaves. 

For a more pronounced lemon flavor, we can cut a lemon into cubes and add it to the pitcher (the lime alternative is refreshing). Serve with ice cubes.

Apple and cinnamon

The apple is finely chopped and poured with 500 ml of clean water. Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, let cool and drink throughout the day. 

The combination of apple and ground cinnamon helps regulate metabolism and cleanse the digestive tract.

Lemon with honey

Mix 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice with 200 ml of warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a pinch of ground ginger. Drink on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. 

The drink helps to restore the proper functioning of the digestive tract, strengthens the walls of blood vessels and provides the body with healthy energy necessary for a full start to the new day.

Ginger miracle

Clean and finely chop 3-4 fresh ginger roots. Put them in a pot and cover with 1 liter of hot water. 

Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2-3 tablespoons of rosehip syrup. 

We drink approximately 100-150 ml half an hour before meals throughout the day. The liquid has a strong regenerating effect, supports the proper functioning of digestion and metabolism. At the same time, ginger effectively fights inflammation and bacteria.

Beet juice

Prepare the juice from the juice of 1 beet, 2 apples and 4 stalks of celery. We drink one tablespoon twice a day – morning and evening – always before meals.
