Creamy cake is a delicious and easy to make dessert. It is prepared with sugar, flour, eggs, milk and cream, and baked until firm and lightly browned.

Ingredients

  • For the caramel sauce
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 70g water
  • For the first dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g condensed milk
  • 200 g of cream
  • 170 g of milk
  • 5 g of vanilla sugar
  • For the second dough
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 40 grams of milk
  • 30g seed oil
  • 5 g of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g of flour
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 45g of sugar

Preparation

  1. First prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold.
  2. Mix the eggs with the condensed milk, cream, milk and sugar. Strain the mixture into the mould.
  3. Beat the second dough: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and sugar. Always pour into the mold.
  4. Place the mold in a saucepan and pour hot water.
  5. Bake at 160° for 90 minutes.
