MOIST AND FLOODY CAKE

Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of wheat flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup of milk

3 large eggs

1/2 cup of natural yogurt

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Grease and flour a 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) square pan.

3. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Booking.

4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a thick, light-colored mixture.

5. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla essence to the egg and sugar mixture. Beat well until everything is well combined.

6. Add the yogurt and milk, and mix until smooth.

7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. Mix gently with a spatula or mixer on low speed until the dough is smooth and lump-free.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.

9. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

10. Let the cake cool in the mold for about 10-15 minutes.

11. Then, unmold and let cool completely on a rack.
