Green chilaquiles

Ingredients:

650 grams of cooked green tomatoes
1/4 piece of medium onion, cooked
2 cloves of garlic cooked
3 cooked serrano chiles
1 1/2 Cups of water
5 sprigs of disinfected cilantro
1 1/2 Tablespoons of powdered chicken broth
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 Bag of tortilla chips (350 g)
1 cooked and shredded chicken breast (500 g)
1 Container of refrigerated Nestle Half Cream (190g)
200 grams of crumbled fresh cheese

Preparation:

Prepare the sauce

  1. For the sauce, blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chili, water, cilantro and chicken broth. Heat the oil, pour what you blended and cook until it boils, stirring occasionally.

Mix with the tortilla chips

  1. Add the tortilla chips to the sauce and mix gently so that they absorb a little of the sauce.
    Prepare your chilaquiles
  2. Serve the chilaquiles and cover with a little more sauce. Add the chicken, the Nestlé Media Crema and the cheese. Serve and enjoy.
