Rajas of poblano chili with cheese in tomato broth 🍲

Ingredients
4 poblano chiles
5 tomatoes
1 onion
400 gr fresh cheese

Caldillo:

2 roasted tomatoes
1/2 roasted onion
2 cloves of roasted garlic
(1 tablespoon of flour to thicken, optional)
1 chicken broth cube
(Liquify the caldillo ingredients)

Preparation

1.-The chiles are roasted, deveined and cut into slices.

2.-The tomatoes are cut into slices and the onion too.

3.-In a frying pan, add a little oil, sauté the onion along with the tomatoes and add the slices and season a little.

4.-Add the caldillo and salt to taste, season it a little more until the caldillo is very colored, (VERY COLORFUL), turn it off and put the cheese in strips or to taste on top.
