cinnamon roles

1 kilo of all-purpose flour
400 milliliters of milk
3 eggs
1c of yeast
120 grams of butter or margarine
1 c vanilla
1 cup of sugar
For the filling margarine, brown sugar and ground cinnamon

You are going to activate the yeast with the warm milk, a c of sugar and a c of flour, stir well, let it rest for 15 minutes.

We put all the ingredients in a bowl along with the yeast and beat until it becomes a soft and smooth dough. We cover it and let it rest covered until it doubles in volume.

We stretch the dough and spread margarine on it and then we put brown sugar with ground cinnamon, we roll it, we cut it with a space of 2 fingers and we bake it at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
