Delicious donuts

  • How to do it:
    In a bowl place the sugar, salt and butter.
    Mix lightly with a spoon or spatula. Then add the egg mixture again and add the yeast that you will then mix again, then add the water little by little until you can mix with your hands, mix everything with your hands, throw the dough on a counter and eat to beat.
    Blow for about 20 minutes until the dough is soft and not sticking to your hands. If it has stuck to your hands, the dough is not ready yet, so you will knead just a little.
    With the dough ready, let it rest for about 40 minutes depending on the day, if you have a hot day you can leave less time but if the day is cold then you will leave more time.
    With the dough already rested, open the dough with the rolling pin and with the help of a cutter form the dough. If you don’t have a cutter, I used a round tupperware lid and in the middle hole I used a pastry pick. If you don’t have one, you can use a soda bottle cap made of strips and let it sit again for about 20 minutes and then just fry it or bake it however you prefer and then just melt it in the sugar and your donuts are ready.
