Homemade mattress cleaner
We spend a third of our lives on a dirty mattress. Don’t you think it’s time to clean it? Fill a spray bottle with vodka diluted in water and a few drops of essential oil (scent according to taste). Shake a little and spray on the stains on the mattress. The vodka kills the bacteria that cause the bad smell, while the essential oil will impart a fresh scent.
Clean in microwave in 5 minutes.
Cut two lemons in half, place them in an open microwave-safe container, add a little water and start in Steam Clean mode. After five minutes the oven will be clean, just remove the residue and dry with a sponge.
Dry your shoes quickly
When it rains or snows, you often come back with wet or very damp shoes. To dry them quickly, you can put sheets of newspaper inside them, which you can also use to wrap them. Another trick is rice: rice absorbs moisture, so putting a little in the shoes should speed up the process even more.
