1 raw carrot
¼ cup oat flakes
Chopped fresh cilantro – about 1 and a half tablespoons

4 tablespoons of corn flour
PREPARATION:
Grate the carrot on the coarse side of the grater. Mix with 4 tablespoons of corn flour and 5 tablespoons of water.

Knead well. It’s time to add the chopped cilantro, just the leaves, without the stems. Once you have achieved a pasty mixture, add the flakes, this makes it more compact.

Shape them into a round shape and place them in a very hot pot, previously greased with coconut oil. Lower the temperature a little and cover them.
