Flour, sugar and butter is all you need! Here are the ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Sugar

  1. Start by preheating your oven to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the butter in the bowl of a food processor and blend for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the butter becomes smooth.
  3. Add the sugar to the butter and beat until smooth.
  4. Add the flour to the sugar and butter mixture. Work all the ingredients together until you obtain a perfectly combined mixture.
  5. Gather the dough with dry hands and shape it, rolling it into a uniform bun.
  6. Cover the mold with aluminum foil to facilitate cleaning later.
  7. Wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 20 to 30 minutes before using it.
  8. Then, using your fingers, cut small pieces of dough and place flattened disks about 1cm high on a baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between them.
  9. Take the cookies to the oven preheated to 220°C and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they are completely cooked and have a beautiful golden hue on the surface.
  10. After removing them from the oven, transfer the cookies to a rack to cool.

Now you can savor these freshly baked delights!
