SHRIMP SOUP WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients

1/2 Kilogram of shrimp
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 California Chiles (Anaheim Chile)
1 Corn (cut into 5 small pieces)
2 Carrots
100 Grams of green beans
Oil for frying
3 Cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of chicken broth powder
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation

Chop all the vegetables into medium pieces. Take a pot and add a little oil to fry the tomato, onion and chiles, cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat and then add enough water along with the chicken broth and let it simmer until it starts to boil.

When it starts to boil, add the pieces of corn, the carrot, the garlic cloves and the green beans along with a little salt and pepper. If necessary, add more water. Stir and leave on medium heat with the pot covered until it starts to boil and the vegetables are ready.

While the vegetables are ready, clean the shrimp very well by removing the shell and washing them very well. When the vegetables are ready, add the shrimp, turn off the heat with the pot covered and in about 5 minutes we will have our shrimp and vegetable broth ready.
