Baked zucchini meatballs: the tasty recipe that everyone likes

Ingredients:
1 large zucchini
1 onion
70 g parmesan
70 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt to taste
pepper as needed
oil to taste
mozzarella to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze it well.
  2. Then place it in a bowl and add the onion, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
  3. Form the meatballs and place them on the oven tray.
  4. Cover with a splash of oil and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
