Caprese puff pastry is a quick and tasty appetizer , also ideal for a buffet or an aperitif : it is inspired by the classic Caprese salad , made with tomatoes and mozzarella, and everyone will like it.

To make them, simply cut out rectangles from the puff pastry, which will then be filled with cooked ham , mozzarella , cherry tomatoes and sprinkled with oregano and basil . You will then need to brush the edges with beaten egg, before baking the puff pastries in the oven for about 20 minutes . At the end of the preparation you will get golden, fragrant and tasty puff pastries. Here’s how to prepare them in no time.

Also try the savory Caprese pie , the Caprese bruschetta or the pasta , fresh and tasty recipes ideal for summer.
