Croccantella with courgettes and tomatoes: a simple and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
250 g 00 flour
10 g salt
fresh sage
20 ml extra virgin olive oil in the dough + qb
2 courgettes
ground black pepper
300 ml water
10 cherry tomatoes
40 g parmesan
parmesan rinds (as anticipated in the video it is an optional ingredient)
qb corn flour

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl add the flour, salt, pepper, water and form a batter.
  2. Then add the courgettes, parmesan, sage, oil and parmesan rinds.
  3. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are integrated.
  4. Grease some baking paper and sprinkle with corn flour.
  5. Pour and roll out the dough.
  6. Bake at 200° for 45 minutes.
