Ingredients

  • Meat 800 g
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ground chili 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 large
  • Pepper 1 large
  • Cabbage 1/2
  • Radishes 6-8
  • Cherry tomatoes 250 g
  • Fresh parsley 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Natural yogurt 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips. Sprinkle with baking soda, cover and let sit for 30 minutes. This is the trick that tenderizes the meat.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic cloves. Mix with sugar, salt, black pepper and ground chili.
  3. Rinse the meat several times with clean water to remove the baking soda and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Quickly brown the meat on all sides and remove.
  5. In the same pan, sauté the julienned onion and the pepper in strips for a few minutes.
  6. Add the browned meat and the garlic and spice mixture. Add the ketchup and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
