When I don’t have time I prepare it with 4 YOGURT, in 2 minutes without wheat!

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • Grated peel of a lemon
  • 4 natural Greek yogurts (125 grams each)
  • 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch

Preparation

  1. Beat the 3 large eggs with 150 grams of sugar until they double their volume.
  2. Add the grated peel of a lemon and the 4 Greek yogurts (125 grams each).
  3. Add 250 grams of mascarpone and mix until there are no lumps.
  4. Add a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
