Cold pasta with courgettes, olives and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:
200 g short pasta
2 medium-sized courgettes
100 g ricotta
1 tablespoon parmesan
120 g cherry tomatoes
10 olives
2 basil leaves
salt, oil

Preparation:

  1. Cook the courgettes in a pan with salt and oil.
  2. Then blend the courgettes with ricotta, parmesan, pepper and basil.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the olives.
  4. Add the pasta and the courgette cream.
  5. Stir and serve.
