  • 1.8 kg chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (whichever you like best)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the chicken wings into three pieces, discarding the smallest part or saving it to make broth.
  3. Place the wings in a Ziploc bag or a bag that can seal well.
  4. I added 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of herbs, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 cloves of minced garlic and 3 tablespoons of oil to the bag.
  5. Close the bag and mix the wings well with the spices. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into rings. She placed the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  7. I added 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, and 3 tablespoons olive oil to the potatoes. Mix well so that the potatoes are well seasoned.
  8. Bake the potatoes in the oven preheated to 200°C for 25 minutes.
  9. Cut the onion into rings and place them on top of the potatoes in the tray.
  10. Take the wings out of the refrigerator and place them on an oven rack, positioning it on the tray with the potatoes. This will allow the juices from the wings to drip onto the potatoes, giving them more flavor.
  11. Bake everything together for another 15-20 minutes at 200°C, until the wings are golden and cooked through.
  12. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
