Ingredients

• 200g flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 75 grams of sugar
• 75 grams of butter
• 1 egg
• 500 g low-fat quark
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 3 eggs
• 200 grams of sugar
• 125g butter
• 1 vanilla flavor powdered flan
• juice of half a lemon

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Pour into the springform mold
3. At 180 degrees heat up/down
4. Bake for about 60 minutes
