Lemon Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • Milk
  • Lemon jam (optional)
  • 350ml whipped cream
  • 45g powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Lemon Filling: Combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest and juice in a saucepan.

2. Cook on stove until thickened.

3. Let cool.

4. Dip the sponge cakes in the milk and assemble the entremets.

5. Finally decorate with whipped cream and store in the refrigerator.
