Frola pasta without flour, without butter and without sugar

Serves: 5

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of cornstarch
  • 200 grams rice flour
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 yolks
  • Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia
  • 3 tablespoons of port

Instructions

1. Place the cornstarch in a container.

2. Add the rice flour, coconut oil and the teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well.

3. Add the two teaspoons of stevia, a splash of vanilla essence and the two yolks.

4. Remove the mixture from the container and knead with your hands until you have a dough with a soft and malleable texture.

5. Line a baking mold with ¾ parts of the dough and place in the oven at 180 degrees.

6. While the dough is cooking, use a rolling pin to assemble the strips with the rest of the preparation.

7. Prepare the jam or sweet, mixing it with the tablespoons of port. If it is a hard quince paste, cut into cubes and heat together with the port until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

8. Once the dough is barely cooked, remove from the oven.

9. Fill with the candy and decorate with the crossed strips.

10. Put in the oven for a little while longer, so that the top strips brown, and the flourless frola pasta is ready.
