Churros cake mixer

Another cake recipe that you will surely love. I learned this recipe from my sister-in-law and my kids loved it!

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• 3/4 cup oil
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
• 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a mold with margarine.
2. In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and cinnamon for 3 minutes.
3. Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat just to mix everything.
4. Place the condensed milk in the greased form and gently spread the dough on it with the help of a spoon.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and unmold while still hot. Serve and enjoy!
