Cake in 1 Minute! You will make this cake every day

Ingredients:

• Apples: 4-5 (personally grown)
• Eggs: 2
• Sugar: 100g
• Milk: 100 ml
• Vegetable oil: 60 ml
• Flour: 200g
• Baking powder: 5g
• vanillin
• Powdered sugar: 1-2 teaspoons

Preparation:

1. Apple preparation:

• Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.

1. Preparation of the dough:

• In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
• Add the milk and vegetable oil, mixing well.
• Gradually add the flour, baking powder and vanilla, mixing until smooth.

1. Cook:
   -Place the apples in the previously greased baking mold (20cm).

• Pour the dough.
• Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

1. Finish:

• Let the cake cool before dusting it with icing sugar.
