How to prepare Homemade Oat Bread

To prepare this delicious Bread, you will need:

Ingredients:

-400 grams of oat flour.
-7 grams of dry yeast.
-1 teaspoon salt.
-350 ml of water.
-30 ml of olive oil.
-1 tablespoon of sugar-free syrup

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and salt.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve the dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until it starts to bubble.
  3. Add the dissolved yeast and olive oil to the oat flour mixture. Mix well with the help of a spatula to form a uniform dough. You will notice that the dough is somewhat sticky, that is the point we want to achieve, don’t worry.
