This is a spoon dessert to be prepared on the fly: in just 5 minutes you can serve up wonderful cups. But wait to jump on them: they must harden in the refrigerator for at least two hours, better if overnight. Very easy to make, with only genuine ingredients, without isinglass or edible gelatine. Cream, milk, cocoa and chocolate: these are the main nuances of taste, with a hint of vanilla that binds everything together wonderfully and makes it unforgettable!

At the end of a meal, it will be the perfect crowning glory for a get-together dinner with old friends: they will appreciate its soft texture and round, satisfying flavour. But the ones who will go crazy with joy more than anyone else are the children! Imagine their joy as they sink their spoon into the softness of this delicious combination!

For this recipe, get:

  • latte 500 ml
  • cocoa powder 30 g
  • sugar 100 g
  • vanillin, 1 sachet
  • whipped cream 250 ml
  • biscotti, q.b.
  • grated chocolate, to taste

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cocoa, sieving it with a fine-mesh strainer. Mix well with a hand whisk until all the powder is dissolved.

Now add the sugar and vanillin, mix well, then put on the stove and without ceasing to stir, slowly let the milk evaporate until its volume is reduced by 2 times.

In short, it must simmer slowly! In the end, you have to get a semi-liquid and full-bodied consistency. Turn off the gas and let it cool.

Whip the cream until stiff with an electric mixer, it should almost triple. Use a tall, narrow container, very cold from the refrigerator (even the cream must be very cold), you’ll do it in a flash.

At this point, pour it into the saucepan with the cocoa milk and incorporate it delicately, turning with a spatula from bottom to top until the mixture is uniform.

Place a biscuit on the bottom of the cups, then transfer the cream, grate some chocolate and place in the refrigerator to harden for at least two hours.
