Cheesecake (No Bake)!

A simple and tasty dessert that contains cookies, cream cheese and bananas!

INGREDIENTS:

-250 g of sweet cottage cheese (moist, pasty);

-100 g of butter;

-100-150 g of sugar;

-5 g of vanilla sugar;

-12 tender biscuits;

-100 ml of milk;

-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or caramelized condensed milk;

-a banana;

-80 g of chocolate;

-coconut flakes — to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the cream: if the sweet cottage cheese is granular, pass it through a fine strainer.

2. Put the cheese, melted and cooled butter, caster sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Beat them with the mixer until smooth and until the sugar dissolves completely.

3. Dip the tender biscuits in the warm milk (for 1-2 seconds each), then place them on a piece of food foil: in 3 rows of 4 biscuits each.

4. Grease them with half of the cream cheese.

5.Cut the banana in half (lengthwise). Divide the banana halves into 2 equal parts and place them on the middle row of cookies.

6. Cover the banana with the other half of the cream cheese, which you have mixed with cocoa powder or caramelized condensed milk.

7. Carefully lift the outer rows of biscuits vertically and slightly at an angle, bringing them closer together and trying to cover the filling completely.

8. Cover the obtained dessert with food foil and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

9. Then decorate it with melted chocolate, applying it with the help of a piping bag and coconut flakes.

10. Portion and serve the cream cheese and banana biscuit cake. It’s good-looking, smooth and delicious!
