8-cup biscuits: the recipe without butter and eggs that you can prepare in seconds!

To make these  cookies  you  will need:

  • 00 flour , 5 glasses
  • sugar,  1 glass
  • milk,  1 glass
  • chocolate chips,  1 glass
  • sunflower oil , 1/2 cup
  • baking powder,  1 sachet
  • salt,  1 pinch

First, turn on the oven in static mode at a temperature of  180°C.  Line a  baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.

Then, put the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl, using the glass as a measuring  cup.  Mix vigorously and very quickly, using a wooden spoon.

Now add the  milk and sunflower oil  and start kneading using  your hands and gradually incorporating the  chocolate chips . 

When you have obtained a homogeneous and very smooth dough (chocolate chips aside), without the need to let it rest, dedicate yourself to the  preparation of the individual morsels.

So take  small portions of dough , roll them in your hands and then flatten them slightly on the pan. You can choose the shape you prefer for these biscuits: donut, classic elongated, drop, half moon, etc.

Once you have finished all the dough, bake for  20-25 minutes : they must be well browned.

Once the cooking time is over,  let them cool completely  before placing them in a tin box or container with an airtight seal.

If you wish, you can turn these biscuits into  vegan biscuits  simply by replacing the cow’s milk with a  vegetable drink of your choice , such as  soy, rice or oat milk.
