The green taco sauce that they make believe is made of “avocado” is simple and delicious

1.- In a pot with enough water to cover, we cook 4 green tomatillos, 1 zucchini cut into pieces and a sprig of cilantro.
2.- Meanwhile in a pan we fry in a little oil, over low heat, 2 large serrano chiles, 2 large crushed and peeled garlic cloves, half of a small onion and two celery leaves. You can cover so that the hot oil does not splash, but remember to prick the chiles. Once the chiles are soft, turn off the heat and let cool.
3.- Drain the tomatoes, squash and cilantro and empty into the blender, add the chiles with all the oil and if all the oil. Add salt to taste. Blend until everything is integrated and this delicious sauce is ready. It goes very well with Mexican snacks and tacos. Now you can make it at home.
