Lemon cake, ready in 5 minutes: here’s a tip you must try!

INGREDIENTS
2 organic lemons
50 ml of milk
230g of sugar
3 eggs
280g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
50 ml of vegetable oil
20 ml of limoncello
DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and slice the lemons and blend them. Add limoncello, sugar and milk and continue blending.
  2. Add the eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.
  3. Mix for 5 minutes or until fluffy and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
