Nettle is rich in vitamin A, a whole group of B vitamins, ascorbic and folic acid, vitamin E and K, tannins and minerals, so nettle tea is extremely useful for health. The easiest way to make nettle tea is to add a few pieces of the leaves of the plant to regular herbal tea.
Another recipe is suitable for tea made only from nettles.

Ingredients:

  • Dried nettle – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Water – 200 ml

Method of preparation:

  • Pour boiling water over nettles in a convenient container.
  • Leave to infuse for 1 hour.

You can drink the resulting drink neat or dilute it with water to (your) taste. Drink no more than 2-3 glasses a day. The most optimal is 1 glass to maintain good health and tone.
