Materials Needed:

  • Old chandelier
  • Spray paint (optional)
  • Small bowls or cups (if the chandelier doesn’t have suitable ones)
  • Strong adhesive or epoxy
  • Bird seed
  • Chain or string for hanging
    Steps:
  1. Clean the chandelier thoroughly.
  2. If desired, paint the chandelier with spray paint in the color of your choice and allow to dry completely.
  3. If the chandelier doesn’t have suitable bowls to hold the seeds, attach small bowls or cups to the arms of the chandelier using strong adhesive or epoxy. Allow to set.
  4. Fill the bowls or cups with bird seed.
  5. Attach a chain or string to hang on the chandelier.
  6. Hang the chandelier from a tree or a sturdy hook in your garden.
    Tips:
  • Make sure the light is hung securely to support the weight of the birds and seeds.
  • Place the feeder in a safe place for birds and away from predators
