Roasted potatoes coated in breadcrumbs: a side dish to make in no time!

How to make crispy and delicious potatoes in no time!

INGREDIENTS
600g of potatoes
Salt
Dry rosemary
Paprika
Olive oil
parmesan cheese
100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
Rosemary for cooking and decoration

METHOD

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Leave in cold water for about an hour. Pour the potatoes into boiling salted water and .
    2 cook for about 5 minutes.
    Season with salt, dry rosemary and a pinch of sweet paprika. Then add the oil, parmesan and breadcrumbs and mix well.
  2. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add fresh rosemary and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F/180°C for about 25 minutes.
    4 Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve.
